They are the morimoto xb. they are expensive but look very nice. I've put clear ppf over them every since they came out the box and 6 years later they still look brand new.

I think seeing it in person is much different than the video. The cars stance looked a whole lot more aggressive than seeing the wheels tucked in the fenders

My engine light would turn off when I started the car. If you are seeing the wrench light then you will need the obd tool to reset it. If the engine light stays on when driving then you will need to get the car scanned to see what code it is giving.

After about a year and a half it started to pull up but it wasn't very noticeable. If it was all clean when you installed the wrap I'd say around 2 years.

Yeah sounds like the compressors themselves are wearing out. With the leak, if definitely sounds to me like the check valve is failing to hold the back pressure.

@WRXSNOWBOARDER that's exactly my thoughts, too, regarding the check valves failing to hold back pressure. However, I have the SMC check valves. The kind that can be disassembled. I took them apart, cleaned them, greased them, and they move freely, just like new. I even swapped them during testing to see if the problem would swap to other compressor in case it was a faulty CV. Same severe leak with main compressor using a different check valve. Called airlift support. He could only narrow it down to 3 things. Electrical wiring, check valve, or compressor. He ruled out the check valve once I told him I had the heavy-duty SMC's. He says that despite the fact that using them voids the viair warranty, he swore by them. Wiring is good, and it wouldn't explain the severe leak from the main compressor, which is when this all started. I just purchased two new 444C compressors. Should be here later today.

Here's a video of the SMC check valves I'm using and its cleaning process. Simple 2 piece internal design. A spring and a plastic part. Fool proof. When they sieze, you'll know it during disassembly. The plastic piece inside is either stuck in place from accumulated gunk or it has little leverage. You can actually see it in the video when he starts that he had to push the plastic piece out. @@blkeclipsel2400 thanks for the video. I'm sure the new compressors will fix the issue. You'll be surprised how much quieter they sound too compared to your current ones. I agree that has to be the issue.

Yes I'm still using them and no I haven't had any issues. Every year I re-grease my sway bar bushings and at that time I just use some silicon spray on the endlinks. I haven't heard then squeak either. They have turned a brown color but no rust.

No I didn't have to recalibrate the epb. The pads went right back on but you do have to use your hand to push the pistons back some.

Yeah it rides a little lower plus with the air suspension it would make a click when raising or lowering with the kartboy. It sounds like you have a solid setup now.

It comes with what's called an add a fuse. Its basically a double fuse that connects into one slot. You don't need to buy anything extra

All the ignition coils should have a number on them. I believe no4 is the driver top. (Top right if looking from the front of the car)

If it comes on automatically just use the switch to make the epb retract. If you're asking about removing it from the hub assembly then this video is just the work around for not having to do that.

I do still have it as out of the box height. Riding I have 52psi front and 63 psi rear. I have the high set at 74psi and 84psi rear for a quick lift for angles and speed bumps. I did have to roll my fenders and add -2.5 camber all around. Wheels 9.5x18 +38 tires 255/35r18

I actually just jacked up the front then slid the ramps underneath. Then used the jacks to lift and lever the rear. Then just put jack stands all around for safety. The car is actually too low to drive up the ramps I have.

@@WRXSNOWBOARDER ... thx. doing 1st front diff fluid change now (60k mi) and have 2 ramps. I would need to stack 3x 2x8s to get the rear to the same height (or w/in a half inch). my Rhino ramps = 6.5" lift

That's true it's a mag bolt. I haven't noticed anything that would cause any concern so I didn't mind not checking it.

Have you checked your shift guide rail. It may not allow enough play to move into 1st. This mount shouldn't be causing an issue.

@kevzallmotor973 also the torque spec is 58ft/lbs. Some people have done 80 but tightening with an impact would be too much.

If there isn't heavy wind then it's the same, but even with a lot of wind it's very minimal. It's designed for air to go around it. If you had a square box one it would cause drag.
